Downloaded the app to study & paid for it. Spent two month at sea with no internet making 300+ cards. App started to become buggy crashing every time I made a new card. When home I tried to sync my work in order to save it so I can delete & reinstall the app. Now the app crashes every time I try to sync & the data is not uploaded. Attempted to contact the Developers for troubleshooting help & haven't heard from them in a month.... I like the functionality but don't want to lose all of my work.

Doesn't sync even if you pay for the unlimited version. Problems seem limited to android version as I am not experiencing them (as often) on Win10 and ios versions. All versions need to be manually synced on a regular basis which is surprising given the low volume of data shared across platforms. However, Android app has said it is "offline" for weeks now... Not only do usage statistics not sync, you cannot download anki decks that are not already on the phone.

Probably the Swiss knife of flashcards: it has almost everything a person would need flashcards for. I think the only minor nitpick about it is that the theme I would use gets switched back to the default white and blue when I change it to the dark mode scheme. Not sure if it's my end that is having this issue or not but it can get tedious if one has rather sensitive vision.

Good app, tags don't work? Incredibly easy to share sets and I really appreciate and love the smart AI study mode, helping me only study cards I really struggle with. However, I can't figure out how to star or tag cards to study separately in the app like I could in older versions. The "..." Button in the top right corner doesn't do anything. :/

Love this app! Great functionality for both adding recorded mp3, recording mp3, text, and images! I have the paid version and it seamlessly transfers cards from my computer to my Android phone. Recently had some app issues after a phone update, messaged the developers, and they promptly addressed the issues! Thanks! :)

I previously had a good impression of the app. Forget all about what I said before, never download it or you will regret it. I took months to create a deck that they "accidentally" deleted most of the front cards but kept the back cards. You cannot trust this app for create decks. To avoid at all cost really ! If you want full of bugs and lags, that's the app by excellence
