Am quite a news app person and this is a fair effort. If there is any initial complaint its the user interface - am not too keen on the layout. But this is just a personal thing.

The categories are pretty average - too broad, too obvious (e.g. I'm interested in China but "Asia" is the nearest category). I was hoping for something more from this app.
