The sound quality is higher because it is in .wma format. Naturally this means bigger file sizes though. I do appreciate not sounding like a robot. I had a look at the Privacy Policy. It does not mention anything about the actual recordings. When I checked the help center, it says they are saved locally, but there is no statement that the app has *no* access (which it should not). I would have given a higher rating if the support docs were better.

This is the best app for voice notes and songwriting ive ever used. The whole reason i havent switched phones yet. The new voice recorder on my new cell has tons if ads, & interruption. This one is great. Reliable. Is this version available at google play still for Google pixel? Gon check

For free it is spectacular! Now, for a few bucks, I would gladly pay for more features to improve the file management and file transfer features. Thanks for a great tool!

Great recording device. I have tried several and this is the best. Just remember to calibrate whenever you change locations because the sound in each location is different
