A lot of useful information, read through this thing a few times, you can use it offline so you have access to this knowledge almost anywhere. The psychology chapter I found to be the most interesting personally, I would read that part first on your first go through.

I would recomend this app to people that i know because of the details it goes into and how realistic it is. In chapter 20 in my opintion cents this is not justavalible to the millitary, elaberate on what BLISS is and how to acomplish each step in the procces, other than that. The developers did an amazing job with this. Five stars.
