Why does it only sign in with Facebook the option to register with my
ancestry details does not work . My Facebook log in is not the same as my
ancestry sign in

Everyday I find a new ancestor through my new found father's bloodline.
Tonight the app decided to crash on me and I lost three quarters of my
connection of ancestors through my DNA I am so very angry I have only
managed to retrieve 5 also somehow it has interfered with my ancestry tree
and my connections to Elizabeth Taylor have disappeared from my family
tree. I read some of the other complaints here and if you're going to have
an application link to ancestry then how about fixing it when it has a
glitch that says it's not working and then wants to start over after
working for 2 and 1/2 months. I have lost so much information it is
ridiculous.

Never let's me login! There's always a communication error and tells me to
try again later. A year later, I tried again...same thing. My husband and
friend has no issue logging in though! (I have the same kind of phone as my
husband.) Disappointed.

Started out fantastic. After downloading I received possible matches that
were exactly what I was looking for. All the ancestors that fill in the
blanks. It was late so I just left it for the morning. When I opens all my
relatives were gone. They say if u do something different with the tree
they will be gone. I did nothing different with my tree. Pls give these
matches back.

Garbage for the most part. The connection to a famous person is based
partly on the bad research of other casual Ancestry users (unvetted trees)
and so easily 98% of the dozens of supposed relationships were demonstrably
false or in the very least unprovable. It is not something from which one
should draw conclusions. Do the homework.
