I purchased an ebook . But I can't read my purchased and downloaded book in this app on my samsung j2 core. I dont know what the problem is. Whenever I go to read the ebook it suddenly stops. They don't have return policy so ...i think. So I am waiting for its prolem free version.

The app is totally useless. Products can be added to the cart, however, after selection of address a flash message " something went wrong, please try again " appears repeatedly. Totally wastage of time.

Updated review. The reading experience is very good. But it can be improved further by providing additional options such as adding notes, highlighting text, saving parts of text, a progess bar, full screen reading option etc. Nonetheless, the reading experience is still pretty good and seamless across devices and systems. However, the one glitch that mars the otherwise pleasant experience is the buggy payment gateway, especially when using upi. Hope the developers correct this quickly.

An app where you can't even track your order. Success/Shipped/ in transit what does this mean ? No docket details of courier. The contact no provided asks to mail at a particular mail id where you won't even get a reply.

Atlast some positive step from a leading Bengali publisher. It's a good app, with simplistic design. Readability of the ebooks are good. It's definitely not in pdf format. Font can b increased or decreased as per choice. Indexes are maintained as hyperlink. Overall a nice app to read books. Cons: Bit slow. Sometimes it takes ages to load. It fails several times during payment. Though everytime when I reopen the app, I got the purchased books with money deducted from my account.

My account is showing that it is logged in in three devices after I deleted the app and reinstalled as the app was unstable. Please arrange so that I get back acceas to the account. There is no option of logging out of all devices.
