Quite a useful app, but it might not be as reliable as I thought, so I've dropped this from 4 stars to 2. The main reason for this is that I have been notified by this app that an account I blocked over a month ago has been viewing my profile. Also, it would be great if it could report on two accounts at once, rather than only the account you are logged into at the time. Hopefully that support can be added in a future release, so I can upgrade my review to 3, 4 or 5 stars 🙂

I paid and have not access to the pro options. Wrote 3 emails and they are just ignoring me. Terrible customer service, not responding. They took the money, left me without pro service and not responding to emails. My advice, don't spend money on a app that doesn't care for its users

Used to love this app because it had no ads, it was fast and accurate and it sent me notifications. But after the last update, it must have got a bug because people who follow me are listed as people who don't follow me—

Already subcribe monthly but it didn't worked although money has been pay!. And many others bug that you could experience while using it. Worst app ever!

Soon after my subscription was renewed and paid for, the app stopped recognizing it and I can no longer use the Pro features. If they ever reply to my request on email, I will change the review.

Doesn't really do a lot more than what's in Instagram app. It's just easier to get reporting from it.
