Worst app ever. My order got cancelled, Initially got a mail that my refund would be initiated within 9-12 buiness days on oct 21 ,its been more than 12 days now and no refunds yet. Seriously disappointed. Please don't use this app to order any books , many books are not available ,u would simply pay up and then the order gets cancelled and wait for the refund forever. And why the hell there isnt any transaction history or record of the cancelled order in the app?

What a waste. When I tried to upload pictures of book I wanted to sell, they didn't get uploaded. Lots of bugs in the app.

Initially I was a little skeptical on ordering books after reading some negative reviews online. But I took the plunge and I'm so glad I did! Excellent experience with Bookwise. Ordered two secondhand math books at low prices and I'm so happy with the delivery. You guys must try this (so much better than the big companies which burn a hole in our pockets). Everything was smooth. Thanks a ton Bookwise!

Useless app, avoid at all costs. First I had placed a cod order and they cancelled with reason that they cannot accept cash during covid time and after that I placed the same order prepaid - 4372 and again same reason and also didn't refund the money. There is no online or offline customer service. All they have given is a mail id and the reply what you get is from a bot... pathetic

I tried to sign up via web after providing all relevant information...I am not able to sign in. I tried doing it thru your app the same problem. Tried with two email id's but still not able to sign in. I have mailed you my issue. I wanted to purchase books from you guys but your system somehow doesn't want that to happen. Regards Sandeep

Very poor service. They accept the payment for a book and the order doesn't show in 'My orders'. They say they'll look into it and don't reply for a week. Later when I have to remind them, they say that the book is not available, so refund is processed. Now even after the refund is processed, I can still see that book over there in their database, so that others wanting to buy it also have to face the same chaos. Why not remove the book from the database if it's not available?
