जिले के सहकारिता विभाग ने जय किसान फसल ऋण माफी योजना के मापदण्ड स्पष्ट किए हैं। विभाग ने कहा कि जो किसान ऋण माफी योजना का लाभ लेने के पात्र हैं, उनको योजना का लाभ दिया जा रहा है। जय किसान फसल ऋण माफी योजना में जिन किसानों की लोन माफी हो रही है वे कृषि संबंधी कार्यों के लिये जरूरत अनुसार नया लोन ले सकते हैं। नया लोन लेने की प्रक्रिया में कोई बदलाव नहीं किया गया है। पूर्व के वर्षो में अपनाई गई प्रक्रिया के अनुसार ही उन्हें लोन मिलेगा। नया लोन लेने से लोन माफी की राशि या उनकी पात्रता में कोई अंतर नहीं आएगा। किसान अपने ऋण का नवीनीकरण भी करा सकते हैं। शासन ने स्पष्ट किया है कि बैंकों के नोड्यूज प्रमाण .पत्र और भूमि बंधक मुक्त कराये जाने के संबंध में कोई निर्देश नहीं दिए गए हैं। इस संबंध में जिला स्तर पर किसी प्रकार की भ्रम की स्थिति नहीं रहना चाहिए। बैंक अपने स्तर पर ऋण वितरण करें और कृषि आदान की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करें। राज्य शासन की ओर से यह भी स्पष्ट किया गया है कि ऐसे किसान, जिनके चालू ऋण खाते रुपये 50 हजार रूपए से अधिक हैं तथा नान,परफार्मिंग असेट रुपये दो लाख से अधिक हैं और जय किसान फसल ऋण माफी योजना के प्रथम चरण में उनके प्रकरण स्वीकृत नहीं हुए हैं, के प्रकरणों की स्वीकृति की कार्यवाही तत्काल प्रारंभ करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।
