SUPER frustrated with this app. Even though it supposedly has chromecast built-in, every time I try to cast a movie from my phone to my big screen TV to watch it, the app crashes. Over nearly two years of trying (on multiple devices), I haven't been able to get chromecast to work. I'd have deleted the app but we were given AMC give cards and have had no other way to make use of them so every few months we try again - only to be met with the same problem (Casting works for everything but this app

Just signed up for Premiere yesterday. Got to the theater today and couldn't sign in. Luckily, concession staff was able to use my phone number to give me free upgrade on popcorn. Came home, and still can't sign in. Requested password reset email; no email received. This app is lousy. No real support (no phone number listed). How can one access the paid-for upgrade when signing in isn't possible?

I love this app. It is so easy to order and pick out your seats hours before the movies start as well as order your snacks ahead of time. Never had problems and it comes in handy. However, if your phone is dead you won't be able to get in and that's the only down side of this app. Hopefully they can change it by having us just give the usher our numbers and they see our ticket purchase and if we ordered snacks.

I can't fathom why if you want to order food ahead using the app that you have to scroll down the list of every theatre in the entire country to find the theatre you want. I live in Seattle, WA. The app is already tracking us with the location feature turned on. The app should pop up the top 3 theatres closest to you for us to pick which one to order food from.

This is one of the best apps in apps history... Very user friendly I have absolutely no problem with this app. I love the way it redirects you to the app from any AMC emails... If anyone is having a problem with this app it's entirely a user problem. And if you haven't gotten AMC stock, now is the time to get it...

If you like going to the movies even once a month (I live in LA) it is totally worth it. If you're like me and like to go as often as possible then it's the best deal in anything media, streaming, etc. You'll find yourself going to a lot more of those "I'm not sure if I'm gonna like that" movies and usually being very pleased you did. Every movie you see feels like it's worth it when the cost is so minimal.
