Are you looking for a way you can do more to help those in need? ATOMs is a modern way to spend time and money on other people. Thanks to this app, you can boost your own happiness by improving the lives of other human beings. Research shows this is much more effective than buying more things for yourself.

Everybody has love in their heart, but not all of us are directing it to the right place. ATOMs combines the requirements of 240 Voluntary Welfare Organisations (VWOs) into one easy-to-use and unique app, allowing you to carry out prosocial spending to improve your own well-being.

ATOMs is not just about trying to get you to donate money. You can also give your time to a good cause, for example by volunteering. After all, giving your time is also rewarding for you. Here at ATOMs we believe that giving 100 hours of your time per year (two hours a week) is about the right time to dedicate to help others.

There are five main ways you can carry out prosocial spending through ATOMs:
