I would love to give this app 5 stars as when I used it last year it was amazing! However, i got my tickets in the mail, and the app still is set up for last year. In with the tickets it mentions the app, the app shouldn't be mentioned until it has been updated. once its updated ill change my rating. Still not updated so my rating went from 2 stars to 1 star. PLEASE UPDATE!!!!!!

I do not understand how you can rely so heavily on an app for an event yet still have it outdated less than a week away from it. Still set for 2018 and still useless.

this is ridiculous! it says with the wristbands and the site to get the app and it's still all last year's information. The event starts in 3 days and it isn't even up to date.

app is still set up for the 2018 event and we are 3 days away. they advise to top up your wristband via the app, but it still isnt working..
