Tends to work sometimes and fails other times. So I will switch from my iPad to my android phone and that usually works. Most common error is a Digital Rights Management issue. But the same movie will play on a different device so it is not really a DRM issue.

Good app usually works as advertised & is only sometimes glitchy. Not sure whether to blame the app or the wifi connectivity on the plane. Like the update the week before my next flight. (Coincidence? ) More stars if I didn't need to watch an ad or for a smoother play experience.

absolutely never able to watch movies on this whole in flight. app says i need to connect to the portal, sends me to the airline page. airline page says i have to do it through the app, sends me to the app. they've found a way to make flying worse.

I paid $8 on a southwest flight to watch a movie and this app does not work. I could not get passed the initial screen due to security warning that the app is not safe. Seems to be many reviews stating the same thing.

The flight map feature was not available. The app showed a hyperlink and indicated that it could not link to the data. I thought that it was a glitch on the first flight, but it never worked on any of my flights.
