App is easy to use. I emailed twice for my airport employee discount and received no reply. Service was okay, not great. Dirt and dust left in numerous areas, seemed to be only dry washed and no waxing. Not a $77 service at all!!

Used exterior wash service twice. Both times, a large number of dead bugs were left on the front of the car. 38 dollars + tip in advance. previous sfo carwash service left the car clean every time.
