Alex Smith and Company have been operating since 1983, as a firm of Estate Agents and Chartered Surveyors acting in property sales on the east side of Birmingham and as surveyors over the entire Birmingham area.

We operate from two sales offices at 23 Coleshill Road, Hodge Hill and at 29a Manor Park Road, Castle Bromwich. The close proximity of the two offices mean we can do something very simple, very important and very different to any other local agent.

Instruct Alex Smith & Co to sell your house and it will be marketed from both offices. That means your house photo and sales details available at both offices. Advertising and marketing from both offices and your property included on the mailing list at both offices.
