Everyrime i try to install a texture pack it says network error, and my network is fine i habe 3-4 bars all the time

Soo I clicked on one of the textures and it said I needed 10 coins but I didn't have any so I clicked on the thing that said watch ad to get free coins nothing happened I tried over and over again nothing happened so I clicked on one of the ones where u had to buy the coins something happened so apparently u can buy coins but it won't allow u to watch an ad ?!😔
