But Launching of this app will not be enough. Keeping a constant watch on functioning and disposal of work would make this revolutionary step successful. If you visit nagar nigam website most of the coloum did not work and it remains dead without proper care and watch. Despite the complaint made immediately after the launch, it has not been attended so far. More so, Allahabad Nagar Nigam is one of the worst corrupt department where without bribe you can not even get a khasra or birth/death certificate.

I hv installed it first day of launching ..but whenever u complain u get ur docket no. instantly ..and complain Will remain incomplete. .even after fortnight. . No one responsible for this and u can't complain to higher authority before completion ..#smartcity

इस एप्स के कारण हमारे मोहल्ले मे पानी कि समस्या का निदान होने वाला है क्यो कि हमारे यहॉं पानी कि बहुत बड़ी दिक्कत थी हम लोग रात भर जग कर पानी भरा करते थे अब नगर निगम अौर जल निगम कि पहल से ट्यूब बेल लग गया है और कुछ दिनों में यह स्टॉट हो जाएगा यह हमारे अथक प्रयास के नतिजा है जो इस एप्स के जरिए सचिव तक हमारी बात बहुचाता है
