I am pleased with the layout and ease of ordering and deleting items. However, I don't like the fact that it kicks me back to the beginning where I have to enter my location whenever I change the screen to check my list even though i am logged in. It is very inconvenient. Also on some items the package quantity doesn't show and one can't zoom in on the picture to tell.

I was charged $116.73 twice for one delivery. In a live chat they told me that they charge twice and that one of the charges is a hold charge that will lift within 5 days. I'll be watching, and I'll be looking for a different grocery delivery app. I don't want to be charged twice each time and then have to check my credit card account until the hold charges lifts

I started this as a health measure during the pandemic, but it is so convenient I will keep doing it as long as it is offered. It is also a help for my back. My main concern was produce but selections are done as carefully as if I'd done them. Frozen items are packed together as are other similar categories. This is a great service

Good app most of the time, I like that it remembers what I've ordered previously and makes suggestions. It's always been a little buggy; whenever I would navigate away from the app and come back, it would say it had lost connection to the internet (no other apps do this on my phone), and the contact us chat is not intuitive. Once I got a person they were very helpful, but the chat function is barely functional.

The app requires a $30 minimum order total, which means this isn't something for some quick little means for students or anything like that. Simply, this is a means for normal people to carry on with their day and then go pick their groceries up when it is ready. Again, I say normal people because there are definitely smooth brains out there who only do shopping when they need something I'm the next half hour and freak out when they realize the services on this app aren't stupid 24/7 styles.

Such a great thing to have. I have 3 kids and being able to order and have it delivered or picked up has been super super helpful. The person(s) shopping have been wonderful and I am greatful to have this avaliable to me.
