Fast, simple, works for all purchases (even small ones), I used the app to get a refund for all my purchases made on a recent trip to the UK, it was remarkably simple. I just entered my receipts from all my purchases that have VAT (no need to get any form from stores ) as I was shopping. Then generated a tax form at the end of my trip before getting it stamped at the airport. I was flying out of Heathrow and received the refund after 2 weeks from departure, quite fast.

Great app, great service, was very easy to use it, and didn't require much effort to get the refund. I just followed the steps in the app, all the instructions are very informative. Will most definitely use it again, hopefully it will grow to more countries. This is really the future of tax refund - thanks for the innovation, well done!

Great app! Great customer service and quick response from staff. It is much more convenient than the traditional VAT refund method as you don't need to show your passport and fill in the VAT refund form in store when carrying loads of shopping bags, and there is no minimal spending threshold for each item. Highly recommended!

When I was traveling to London for the first time, I didn't realize there was a way to get tax back if you were taking your stuff back home. As someone from Canada, this was great. After a quick Googling, the process seemed complicated. Then we found Airvat! They make the process quite simple, and even estimate your refund. Just take pictures of your receipts. In addition, the company is very responsive to inquiries. Thanks for a great experience!

Overall very good, received my refund two weeks after departure. I had an issue refunding a couple of last minute purchases before going to the airport as receipt processing takes a couple of hours or so and then you also need to find a place to print the tax form. As a tip, try to submit receipts as early as possible to avoid any stress before departure.

At first I have doubt to use this application but since my time is very limited and I have bought items without asking for tax free form from megastores of several football stores all over UK, so I tried to input my receipts into this application with little hope it can be refunded. Then two weeks after my arrival to my country (Indonesia) I check my bank account and there it is, the amount I applied via AirVAT is already accepted in my bank account. Thank you AirVAT!!
