The service is horrible, I asked a question and they just answered with an answer completely irrelevant so bad, the planes are nice though and I feel like they should add a stop at sfo as part of the route

No option to select date of birth year separately from the month. Had to scroll through 40 years of calendars to choose correct date of birth
