it's a great app! easy to use and the adds are related,always. it's just that the deliveries are usually late which is understandable because of hundreds of orders being recieved on daily basis and less riders because not many people are willing to work as hard as the job of a rider. I would just say to not let out your anger regarding any product or late delivery to the rider because it isn't his mistake. you can write your review on the airlift app who reply immediately and assist you:)

I placed an order nd paid through my debit card. They deducted full amount. When i received my order one item was missed due to unavailability of that item and i received an email that one amount has been refunded. But i haven't received any refund so far. I have called many times to their help line, they are asking me to complaint your bank. I called my bank they Clear said they have transferred full amount to airlift. But the team of airlift is not doing anything in this issue. Very disappoint

Been a user since start and It is really a nice app. Ordering is considerably easy and both bank cards and COD is available. They have a wide range of products available. It comes within 35 mins. It's nice and handy for grocery. However, sometimes quality looks a bit rough for products like biscuits mainly cocomo, but still, it's the best grocer app out there in Pakistan. Would love to see it expand and bring more products!! They have my trust ;)) Kuddos to everyone in airlift team. Keep it up!

it's a very very good app ☺️ and anytime we order anything like medicine alot of things available like pet care ,grocery , stationary things etc it's create easiest and peace for me whenever I need anything I ordered from and only 25mints maximum 1 hour taken .the ordered delivered in my home easily and I'm very happy to use this app it's solve my all problems whenever I need anything ❤️Thank you 😊🌸

My account never gets activated due the code that is supposed to be sent by Airlift on my phone number but never sent by them. What should I do now? I tried to make the account again but it gives the notification that this number is already registered... Like seriously?? I have sent complaints to the email addresses and Facebook messenger but I did not get any response. I am totally dissatisfied with the app and customer services.

I'm unable to check out cuz it asks me to sign up and when I try that I never received the verification code on my phone number. There are many competitor apps out there and this app will fail if you guys don't fix it. Word of advice: don't boast about your app being 'out of this world' when you cannot commit to what you advertise about. It's called lying.
