As soon as I start either segment 17 or a podcast it only runs for 2 minutes and then shuts off and goes back to the home screen. I signed up for a year before I ever tried it because I love the guys and I can't listen anymore and here I sit with a wasted 50 dollars

I LOVE to listen to the FBHW show. The app is the only way for me to listen when it's over on the local radio station. yes, I realize they have a website. Which I use as well, but the app is easier to use. It would be great to have an app that doesn't constantly crash. One that loads quickly, yes, I've tried all 3 settings for loading, does nothing. One that doesn't play and pause when IT wants to. I've installed & uninstalled multiple times with no luck.

Used to like it then it started having ads and was playing old segments then stopped working. Now it's constantly showing running. Deleting and will check back to see if improvements were made.

I love the show and hate the app. My first problem is staying logged in. Everytime I have to open the app I have to log back in. The stream stop and start "loading", it will do that forever. If I go and click Listen Live. It starts immediately. I still have been able to listen or watch a live Segment 17. That's why I was going to pay to be Fancy. Not sure it's worth it.

First experience upon downloading... Sad. The VIP login brings up the website to login. This works, but as soon as you hit "Back" to return to the app, the login doesn't stick. I tried downloading an episode from that in-app webpage, but nothing happened. The button seemed to recognize my click, but no download occurred and no user feedback. I accidentally clicked on the weather button, and closed the app ... But the weather report kept playing. App needs more attention.

Poor design cuts out all the time. Almost impossible to put to sleep without restarting phone. Even the show hosts make fun of it!!!!
