Downloaded app because I love the station. Has way to many ads. App just randomly shutdown or just stops playing. All of this happens with perfect wifi and with full cell service

Can't open. Always crashes

I love being able to listen to this station on my phone but any time there is a text, phone call, sound from plugging my phone in any small interruption of the sound and it stops and freezes up my phone and I have to completely shut down my phone ad restart it. I know it's not just my phone or the type of phone as I recently switched from an iPhone to a Samsung Galaxy 6x & the same thing happens with both phones.
