I think this App is quiet good. I've tried to be a requested and I've tried to be a traveller as well. No problem at all and everything goes smoothly. one thing though, is that the fee to Airfrov is really high and they don't have options to add delivery fee to the requester. There should have been a column to put that. Anyway, overall experience is good.

Very easy to use and I love how airfrov connects us with products and brands overseas and gives us better opportunities in getting those items at a very reasonable rate. Another good thing is the constant update of the app means the team is very commited in ensuring the app is improved and well maintained.

Hi, i don't know is it me only, but from a few months ago i suddenly stop receiving pop up notifications from Airfrov. Even if travellers msg me i don't receive any notification. i only know when i check my email. i try looking thru my mobile notification settings and airfrov app settings, but my notifications is all on. So i don't know is it my mobile or airfrov app prob.

this is a horrible app, for example u wanna buy something overseas cause it's cheaper by around $20 in ur own country, after u accept an offer from a traveller, there's like so many surcharges which means u're practically paying the same price or just around $5 lesser than in ur own country, which means u might as well just buy from your own country

Great concept but suffers from greedy travellers who offer one price which you deposit and then counter offer higher. Can't cancel it on your end when they pull that stunt and you're left to either wait for the traveller to cancel or airfrov to interfere. Meanwhile your money is now stuck in airfrov. Faaaantastic. Until they do something about this ugly behavior, use a forwarder or shopper service instead. You at least know exactly how much to pay. Edit: also, airfrov support is non-responsive. Will be getting a charge back, lousy service!

Its very convienient but i feel many features are missing. They need to add a browse by city option because obviously united states is big and its a hassle asking what city the traveller is in. There should be list of whoever is going to X country and from there have an option to privately chat with them whatever you need.
