Customer service not professional in handling the issues. Last 2 weeks the app was not visible in play store. Even visited Sharad DG and checked all android devices and me personally checked with existing users. When contacting customer care never bothered to check and play store confirmed the app was eligible in UAE Region. Was stunned to here that. Suddenly it popped up in play store today.

Worst app ever, I have been a member since over 6 years & Whenever I bought anything ,I never got any air miles so I contacted the Call Center, the Customer service & even the store but without any success. Its just useless & a waste of time.

Disappointed in this company, due to policy expiry for more than 15months I am unable to get my number since everything is electrical, and since there is no physical they disable your account and suggest you to make a new account thanks for nothing... Note: don't even think of replying this review your team won't support this problem only for excus of making a new email.
