It wasn't easy to unlock a bike. Firstly the info on the bikes isn't clearly displayed and labelled. Such as the bike number and the fact that the bike stand has a catch that needs releasing. While holding my phone over a bikes basket I heard the unlock sound come from another bike. I eventually gave up after much fiddling in the scorching heat. Not one to give up I tried another area where bikes were parked and had similar problems until finally a local person helped me. Would not recommend.
