I can only enter the app and every time when I tried to set up the camera, it just popped out the app is not working. I left the message several times and re-downloaded the app, still, nothing works! I can't even experience or tell if the product is good or not because the app did not work at all....

This one I got in the book fair today,but when I search this,it is easy peasy to download,after I downloaded,I am setting up this,it does work a lot but a fail... but it is ok to use for Dust records,Technolgies and Sample sticking. Easy to use.

Cannot use the app. Camera keeps saying failed when I try to use it. The only reason I gave it two stars is because it works with the native camera app. Please fix this, thank you. EDIT: Camera works now, I love the product and I'm very happy to see this product can be used to its full potential now. Changed review to 5 stars.

Great idea, and works very well - until it doesn't. The app stops responding to zooming in and out sometimes.

App keeps crashing when trying to do the setup tutorial. It's been a month now and there is still no fix. Edit: I can now get into the setup tutorial and go through some of the stages. But it will not connect to my camera now, keeps giving "failed" message.
