Very disappointed with Aeon apps. Can't trace back the purchase history. Purchase and made full payment and being inform tru WhatsApp few items are not available! Refund within 14days. When check back on the refund after 14days, no reply at all!

Absolutely awful, very disappointing. I ordered for groceries online and the order disappeared during the supposed delivery slot. The customer service took forever and in the end they still didn't pick up. Will never use their service again.

My advice ; do not order food here and hoping they gonna serve the same as foodpanda/grab. I ordered at 11.30am and the food arrived at 2.30pm. The app arent update at all and there's no complaint counter in the app. Bad service.

No updates on status and missed 7 item over total 42 items. Call customer service no answer, can't submit refund thru website. No after sales service at all. Don't deserve a single star.
