First of all, I waited for a really long time for this drone to arrive. It took them more than an year to deliver. Now that its finally arrived, the app keeps crashing everytime I try to open it. I see that many others are having this issue. Is the SELFLY team really working on it or is it a joke for them? Without the app functioning, this whole product is useless! I am extremely sad and annoyed with the sheer unprofessionalism of the SELFLY team.

App doesn't work. Which means drone doesn't work. Edit. I had to remove all permissions and then re open the app deny the phone call settings, location only when using app and allow media access. After that I connected to the selfly wifi and it worked. Massive delay between sending a command to the drone to move and the drone actually moving. Hence the 3/5 stars.

The Google Store - EAA Selfly app no longer works for the selfly. It worked a few months ago when I FINALLY received the product, and now crashes when opening!!! PLEASE provide WORKABLW Software !!! Thanks, Dennis

i don't know.. refuses connection on my Galaxy s9 plus. it works with my samsung Tab A but not my phone update: after fresh install the app keeps stopping and android asks what to do, close app/try again/leave feedback. Tried March 2020 update. Samsung S9plus.

App crashes upon startup and the additional battery does not hold a charge. Waited almost 2 years for this drone and it's a total disappointment. Its not late for the Selfly team to rectify the problem.

Kickstarter backer. So far I am enjoying this drone. I had no problem connecting to my Pixel Xl and flying after a bit of trial-and-error. I've had the same experience with the learning curve using the DJI Phantom and Mavic products. Also, you have to remember this is a "selfie drone." It's orientation is opposite other drones. The camera faces you in flight. Therefore, right stick forward results in the drone moving toward you with the camera facing away from you as with most drones.
