Very excited to buy this for my pets however at a stand still due to lack of device connecting to the wifi. Not able to search network on app, manually typing in wifi not working. Using the 2.4 as instructed. Not able to get in contact with any customer service. Website provided with device is not a working website. Really disapointed and looking for answers and no success. I Cannot wait to use with my pup and cat but unfortunately if I don't have solutions will be returning.
