J'arrive à me connecter, mais impossible de lire les magazines. Ils sont bien présents dans mon espace "mes documents", mais lorsque je mets télécharger, ils commencent à charger puis plus rien. Ils n'apparaissent pas dans l'onglet "téléchargement". Idem sur la tablette. Aucun intérêt.

Impossible de visualiser mon magazine ni de le télécharger. Quand tu contactes le service client ils te disent juste (2 semaines plus tard) de MAJ l'application... comme si j'avais pas déjà vérifié

J'arrive même pas me connecter la 1ère fois. J'ai respecté tous les "conseils" de choix pour les identifiants, mais ça ne me permet toujours pas d'y accéder.... +mdr entre 8 à 12... sérieux...

De la m####. Même avec identifiant et MDP vérifiés, impossibilité de se connecter 1 fois sur 2. Et si par miracle ça se connecte, où est mon abonnement ? Bref, 100% inutile comme app. :(

Bonne application, facile d'utilisation qui me permet d'accéder à mes magazines même en mode hors connexion grâce à la fonctionnalité "télécharger". De plus les revues proposées s'étendent sur de nombreux domaines, je recommande vivement.

Application de lecture avec le minimum de valeur ajoutée possible. Pas de liens, hypertexte, ni de possibilité de copié-collé. Impossible de se déplacer avec des numéros de page. La gestion du zoom est sous-ergonomique. C'est un vrai calvaire de lire sur mobile avec ça.
