This app was great until it decided to only let you redeem amazon and tesco gift cards which made me feel so annoyed as there is no way you can get data or free texts😐

Changing my review. I successfully got an amazon gift card, but Lyca sim card credit does work. I still haven't got my Lyca redeemed rewards.

I've been saving up for a package and now I've got the points and all the packages are gone there are only Amazon vouchers.plz bring the packages back.

It was good until you try to use your lyca pts. I spent 3 months saving up points looking forward to getting the top option( unlimited calls and texts, 100 international mins and 3gb data). I now have enough but I am not able to to claim anything from the redeem prizes it just returns my points and says try again, I no longer get any response from Lyca help and support. If they fixed this problem they would get a much better review, I heard other people are going through the same problem.

Used to be amazing, I invested a lot of time in the app by playing hard games to redeem Amazon vouchers. As soon as I got the points (200k+) the Amazon vouchers option was removed. No feedback from support team either since january. Not worth the time now unless you just want to recharge your lyca account, which I dont need to do that often.
