Overall it's been a good experience. I've redeemed points for Cricket credits and never had a problem. The most irritating thing for me is game freezes and you have to uninstall and then install again. Or video won't load and you basically get penalized. Not life or death, but extremely frustrating when you lose a bunch of points. 😡🙄. As of today, the app is much better. more games to choose from and points are loaded quickly.

This used to be a great app now it's awful. Crashes at times when you open it. I've played games to not get the rewards I've earned. I get no minute reward points and rarely if at all get the daily quest points. I've contacted them by email and nothing but I small reward of 4000 points. I'm know they owe me over 20k or more. It's frustrating because I love to play the games and it helps to get my bill lowered. I'm going to contact Cricket and the BBB if issue isn't corrected immediately.

I had a review and it was cool but that was 2 years ago now. I have cricket so I built up enough just now to cash out 90k (normally 100k points) for $25 off my phone bill doing surveys not really moee trying new games and beating challenges. Time varies on you! I strongly recommend! 10/10 I wish the wheel prize was more how many times you've built up and rewarded that way but hey. Different cash out( gift card options) as well. Since the update it keeps crashing. The app will not stay open. Not able to use it. Please fix. As of 12/3 only points I got was 50 from the prize. Did several things and no points added, loss the streaks when I actually did something for points. Not working. Contacted support twice have not gotten back with me. This happened after the last update I did. Please fix.

Easy way to earn credit towards my phone bill! I listen to music, take an occasional survey, play games, leave a screenlock in place and in just a few days I earned $5. Amazing! Added Nov. 2023 Over time, it has become harder to reach goals for money off my phone bill. Usually I only get 3 to 5 dollars off my bill every 2 to 3 months. But then I don't play the games often either, so then that's on me.

Very annoyed with the ad play on the lock screen even when phone is not in use. The random play while you are sleeping is just stupid and sometimes it gets stuck in a loop and I can't turn it off without restarting my phone such as NOW while I'm typing this. Same ad about 20x now and still going. FIX IT PLEASE as I love for the purpose of earning points to help pay my bill but my uninstall if it keeps up. Up to about 25x now. Js
