The app takes time to load.. My orders never updated in order section.. I sent them messages thru "contact us" in their app but no reply..This app is good only for ordering but if you have other concerns they will not mind you..they are very difficult to reach!!!

Not good experience for me. After 10 working days (almost 2 weeks) my order still on process. Already follow up thru mail and call but no proper response. Better to go directly in the store than to use the apps. And by the way im only in riyadh

1) "My Orders" section is never updated. No idea what happened to my order after 2 weeks. 2) Frequent crashes. Other than that, the app is pretty useful.
