I have downloaded and installed this app multiple times and it has never moved past the "now loading". I have even sent their support an email asking for assistance, yet no one has contacted me, and that was at least 3 weeks ago.

Doesn't load the app up. I had a lighting boner when I seen the had an app and then it didn't work. Now I'm sad.
