This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing ActiveBuilding on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

This app has a lot potential to be useful and valuable to me , but the user interface and messaging system is clunky and annoying to use. Load times are slow despite my apartment complex probably having less than 1000 people living there. I like it's social feature, but so far it's only used by apartment management to send messages to everyone, for people to advertise the furniture they're selling off, or to complain about mis-delivered packages to apartment staff.

UPDATE 6/1/21: Completely Non-functional today, on Android AND iPhone. Update 5/26/21: Still difficult to sign in. 50% of the time, it makes me start over. Today, couldn't get in at all. Don't have this problem with the iPhone version. Originally posted: Doubles rent, withdrawing twice, causing my bank account to be overdrawn. Difficult to sign into this app.

App works about 20% of the time. Developers obviously having a hard time after update and even before. App takes a long time to load all content and majority of the time it's unsuccessful. Crashes after one or two inputs.

Don't bother with the app. I always have trouble logging in, no matter what device I use. Just freezes and I have to open and close the app several times until it goes through. I have to use the web almost everytine

App use to work alright but at the end of the day use your browser. This app is trash not to mention the service charge if you are not careful how you pay. Due to the fact the app is no longer working after trying to log in I would give negative stars if possible

This app is trash. I go to login and it just keeps buffering and doesn't move past the login stage. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it STILL doesn't move past the login. This last update sucks!!! Fix this ASAP. It still doesn't WORK
