After contacting the company I was finally able to unlock the app. Apparently, you have to get in touch with the developer in order to do that (ticket numbers don't work) - a major inconvenience. The app itself is terrible - there's no other word for it. There are only five (FIVE!) stops on route, and about 26 minutes of narration (including some lengthy musical interludes of the most banal and sentimental kind), some in Spanish with the voice-over. The info provided is perfunctory and monotonous - anyone remotely interested in Gaudi and the SF already knows basic facts. Even if there weren't any alternatives available (there are), the app isn't worth the effort and time. It is advertised as FREE, but keep in mind, it requires access to your pictures, camera, etc., no doubt mining (and selling?) your data to the third parties. According to the developer, the app can read the contents of your USB storage, modify or delete the contents of your USB storage, take pictures and videos, view Wi-Fi connections, receive data from Internet, view network connections, control flashlight, full network access, run at startup, prevent device from sleeping - don't you think it's a bit too much? Avoid.

Some small details missed but as a free app it fulfills 100% what can be expected. Really good experience

No nos funcionaron los codigos de desbloqueo y perdimos mucho tiempo tratando de solucionarlo. Aparentemente es un problema recurrente ya que una vez adentro un supervisor nos dio un papelito con un codigo nuevo. Los items de la guia estan mal numerados y te encontras, por ejemplo, con items numero "31" en vez de "3.1", lo que confunde un poco durante el recorrido. El contenido en si de la audio guia deja bastante que desear, es hasta repetitivo por partes. Considerando que esta es una atraccion a nivel mundial, la calidad en general de la aplicacion no esta ni cerca del nivel esperado.
