Very disappointing chat support service. I've been trying to connect for days. Waited on queue for hours and when it is my time, there is no available chat support to chat with. Also when I try to initiate the chat it would bring me back to another queue. Very disappointing. I would like to cancel my order because of this. If it will be delivered I will not pay for it! Unless someone reach me regarding this matter!

Please improve your app. It is my first time to order yet your app is already disappointing. I'm trying to purchase an item which is currently available on the app however whenever I'm trying to proceed with the payment I keep on getting an error message which is "no item" to my confusion I tried to chat your customer support which didn't took long. Chat support section on the app is terrible. I've been trying yo connect for days. I tried being patient and not going out of the app, but still after waiting for an hr may queue just went back to start. Queue position was 3 then back to 24. Unbelievable! As if they don't have any real support.

chat support resets when you exit the app. you cannot view the history of your conversation or reply from the customer service if any. you will need to retype your query. also, the query regarding the status of order is not sending

Guys, save your time and memory space by NOT downloading this app. Terrible app. It's too laggy and I can't even create an account. The app isn't user-friendly and doesn't provide a pleasant experience for potential customers. Please fix your app because you'll end up losing a lot of potential customers due to this faulty app.
