my kid haves been anxiety he seen this a and said mom can we do this we started to do he was learning better then ever if he needed help he would come to me or a break he would tell me ovr 5 star

It's a really good app but the only problem is the captions they won't work on the phone

I like this app for learning, but today it crashed out on me and I can't log back in.

The app doesn't appear on any screen does any icon I have to physically type in and search then open up the Play store to see its installed to open it

The parent portal never works and takes me straight to the student account. I've called and called over this issue, and they can't tell me anything other than try to log in on a computer browser. What if I wanna use the app? How about fix the app? Getting ahold of Tech Support is near to impossible, then they act high and mighty and don't even fix thee issue or help in any way. This company has gone downhill fast.
