Used to be good, but the mopeds are not being maintained well and cause a lot of problems (e.g. suddenly switching off while driving or not allowing you to end the trip because the app says helmets are missing even though they aren't). That on top of having to call support and wait 20+ mins makes for a really bad service.

Extremely convenient. The wheels lack a bit more grip so avoid at all costs if its raining.

Very good. Support is responding to my emails rather fast (several hours). And they are able to solve all the problems, happening with the application. Amount of motorbikes is also good - there is always one close or super close. The price as of now is even better than scooters, especially since you can travel as two persons. And much faster. Bikes are nice and easy to use. What is missing - holders for the phone. And sometimes - there is only one helmet.

Let me start by saying that this is a GREAT service. Too bad the app does not keep up... It hangs/loops when a reservation expires showing a popup indefinitely, sometimes it keeps loading forever (network available - I have to reopen it) and motorcycle locations on map are highly inaccurate making you wander looking for the motorcycles. Please improve it so I can give it 5*

I was using the bikes and it was all ok at the beginning. Then one day the app got stuck and I couldnt find my unlocked bike in the app. I never started the journey and couldn't close the trip. I tried calling the call center in Lisbon and no response. I sent email to lock the bike and they answered 20h later. I got overcharged for a trip I didnt take and despite all the efforts couldnt contact customer service. I made a claim and no response. I called 3 times, still no response. SCAM.

Customer service is terrible. I never could use the App. It always says there is an error, that I should consult my email. I've been trying to contact them for three weeks and they never answer my emails. Ecooltra is better, they even have an online chat and answer back in seconds. Always giving promotions also.
