They are totally fraud and scammers, if you order 10 times, they will deliver only one item and they will tell that the other items will be delivered in few days but it's a scam, you will never receive your order and neither they will refund you so your money is gone also they turn off the cash on delivery to keep scamming.

The app auto refreshed or crash and all the money in my wallet is lost. They are not showing any past order details neither are they reflecting the balance I had in my wallet. Since there is no account activity I can't even claim the wallet money back. Worst experience on a grocery app.

WORST after sales service. They don't take phone calls nor call back customers to attend to their grievances. Very pathetic experience. Seven days have passed but no reply for email sent also. Item not supplied, wrong item sent & damaged item not received after seven days although full payment made in advance. Can anyone help me out. At last some Mr Sumit Barua of OHHO rang me today and sorted out all the problems for which I am thankful to him. A very positive gesture well appreciated.
