Using BlueStacks

Unable to login.... invalid user name or password. I use same user id and password for mAPP and sales buddy app. Still this app gives error. My agency manager is also not able to help. Reset password link asks for email address which is not applicable as there is no official email id for agents or direct Channel partner like me. Can someone look into and fix it? Not sure whom to contact.

Whenever you login, the option of "update now" comes. We had a very important exam but due to this app we could not attend. Very poor service.

It's a great application. It gives immense knowledge relating to Life insurance products offered by Aditya Birla Sun Life insurance company Ltd. Hope it will be upgraded for more users friendly.
