Last year was a meltdown without a winner because of makayla Phillips didn't make it to final 7 and all 7 unwanted annoying singers are arrested for good and nobody's completed!

I'm having the self-same (to similar) type of problems with my own Android telephone as with the above reviewer. I've now "downloaded" the app a second time. Hopefully this will work out properly. Otherwise I don't know how to contact the app's developer so as to inform them of the problem in entering the app after having already "signed-up." The computer program doesn't recognize myself. Why?

when I tried to log in, it kept saying the password didn't match and wouldn't let me change it due to not knowing the "current" password. I wouldn't have to change it if I remembered the darn thing!!!!! I can see why the rating is only 4.1!!!

Update on 03/08/20 Thank you so much for fixing the app! I downloaded the app today again (just on a fluke), and it opened up, with no loss of my information. That was a great surprise! I am now prepared for the 2020 Idol Season. Thank you so much for your prompt attention to this issue! ✌️
