Don't go near the with a barge pole. A company that do not wish to let go of the old Israeli mentalities. Booked a car via a large car rental agency, however, they do not show accurate terms and conditions with their agents resulting in extra charges at the counter leaving me out of pocket by over $100 but the story does not end here. Days after I returned the car I noticed an extra charge of $50 on my credit card bill, when I called them up to question the charge, I was told that there is an extra 'cleaning charge' that was applied by the manager despite the car being returned in an immaculate condition and being signed off as satisfactory. Do yourselves a favour and stick to one of the International companies which are in amundance in Israel. Can't promise that all will go swimmingly but at least you will have who to turn to back home if something does go wrong.
