FIX for Can't create account: 1. Go to website and sign up for email notifications with your email address. 2. Go to app and tap "reset my password" using the same email address. 3. Back to app and log in.

The app won't let me create an account. It goes back to the home screen and restarts the process after I enter my phone number. When I try to use it as a guest, it doesn't respond. This app is totally useless!

Have tried several times to create account after putting in number returns to page and ask to continue as guest very frustrating guess I will stick with Time to Shine.

Setting up the App requires you to enter your birthdate. Only way to enter the date is to select the day, month, year from the calendar. I am 58, so I had to scroll 58x12=696 time to enter my birthdate. Awful design.

While I do enjoy the car wash, there should be a feature on the app to at least put in your receipt number in case you forget to scan the barcode...that would help make it great....I have 3 washes I did but can't reap the benefits because I paid with cash and forgot to scan my phone..
