They never bring it on time. They bring it several days later, that too, only if you repeatedly call them and ask for it. They eventually stop answering your calls and bring it days later. They never bother to inform you if there's going to be a delay. Even at present, i ordered a can over two weeks ago and it still has not come. They don't pickup the phone when i call. I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone.

They keep delaying your delivery. They claim not to take deposit but they take deposit of 150. Never comes to deliver, don't even inform that they won't be able to deliver. And then apologize and offer to resolve the mistake and then do the same thing and waste your time. The whole motive of hassle free water refilling itself is missing.

Worst app I had never seen.this is first time i am using this will also my last tym actually I have ordered water can at 8:00 am but time was 11am no status and no timings and I called them for 5 times no response from them

I had placed an order few weeks back and paid money online for the same. Haven't got it delivered till date and repeated phone calls have been made but nobody picks up

Very very worst service...they will never reply your phone call....they never come to your door for delivery water.....Worst service...don't install this application

I am presently located at BTM 2nd stage Bangalore and highly satisfied rather delighted with their service and on time delivery. Even if you not there at ur home, they will keep it outside ur door without charging a single penny. I hereby recommend all people under their service area to try them at once. Definitely you will feel the difference.
