ทั้งนี้ มีการยืนยันว่าผู้ประกันตนประกันสังคมในมาตรา 33 จะให้ "ทุกคน" ซึ่งมีอยู่ประมาณ 11 ล้านกว่าคน สำหรับเงื่อนไขผู้ที่จะได้รับสิทธิดังกล่าวมีเงื่อนไขเดียวคือ คนที่มีเงินฝากเกิน 5 แสนบาทจะไม่ได้รับสิทธิ "ม.33 เรารักกัน" ในครั้งนี้
ซึ่งจำนวนวงเงินต่อคนจะได้เท่าไรนั้น เป็นอันสรุปเบื้องต้นแล้วว่า จะจ่ายให้แก่ผู้ประกันตนที่คุณสมบัติเข้าเกณฑ์ เป็นจำนวนเงิน 4,000 บาท (แบ่งจ่ายสัปดาห์ละ 1,000 บาท) โดยจะเป็นการแบ่งจ่ายเป็นรายสัปดาห์ มีดังนี้

8 - 14 มี.ค. ธนาคารตรวจสอบข้อมูล ประมวลผลคัดกรอง
15 - 21 มี.ค. ผู้ประกันตนมาตรา 33 ยืนยันตัวตนบนแอพพลิเคชัน "เป๋าตัง"
22 มี.ค. - 12 เม.ย. เริ่มโอนเงินเข้าแอพฯเป๋าตัง สัปดาห์ละ 1,000 บาท (โอนทุกวันจันทร์)
22 มี.ค. - 31 พ.ค. ใช้จ่ายเงินได้ระหว่าง ภายใต้โครงการเราชนะ
