I installed the app as a driver, and it's been a smooth process so far. There were quite a few videos provided in the training, giving clear instructions on the entire process, from accepting the order, to picking it up and delivering it etc. Yet to find out how good the customer support is, but given their efficiency so far, I imagine it's good!

Insane prices You would have to be mentally insane to order off this. £20 for a pack of cigarettes is actually hilarious! Everythings price is way higher than it should be. Avoid if you don't want to be ripped off.

Terrible experience. You can at least triple the estimated delivery time and there's no way you can contact customer services, driver or any soul to assist you!

beelivery app notification is totaly bad & just a one off sound which just comes for 1 second then goes quite so as a driver i cant get the job, this must be improved, this is happenes even after turing the batter optimizer off, if they update the app with longer ringing ir sounding notification then ill rate 5 star for sure

Its easy to use but will be good if the app can tell which shops close to you that you can get stuff fast.
