About this app

The Primorsky Territory Development Corporation, together with the VRLABDV Virtual Reality Laboratory, is presenting the largest tourist project in the Russian Far East, the Integrated Entertainment Resort Primorye in augmented reality (AR) mode.

The application offers the possibility of virtual immersion in a real project in the Primorsky Territory in the Far East of Russia. The Integrated Entertainment Resort Primorye is the largest gambling and entertainment tourism project in the Russian Far East. In the game format, you can independently build objects in the picturesque Muravyinaya Bay, and in the augmented reality section you can get information about the project. The development of the Primorye resort project was based on the best tourism business practices in Macau and Singapore. According to the plan of the designers, 12 luxury hotels with luxurious restaurants and casinos, as well as entertainment facilities will be created. At the first stage of the project implementation, 25 land plots are provided, 19 of which have already been leased to investors.
A total of 619 hectares have been allocated for the construction of the resort in Muravyinaya Bay (Artemovskiy GO, Primorskiy Territory). The first stage until 2025 implies construction on an area of ​​263 hectares. The remaining 356 hectares are a prospective development zone intended for entertainment-type facilities: amusement parks, museums, theaters, historical parks, art spaces and others. The total investment amount is 117 billion rubles. Work is underway to attract investors.
