This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing UBMe Event Organizer on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

About this app

UBMe allows for event organizers to publish and manage their events for local community members to explore, purchase tickets for and attend. The UBMe Organizer App provides event organizers with the ability to access all of their events the day of and seamlessly confirm attendees manually or via a ticket scanner. The UBMe Organizer App alleviates the need for bulky hand-scanners and can be downloaded on both iPhone and iPad.

Functionality
For large events, multiple people can be logged into the same organizer account to provide separate lines for attendees to be confirmed quicker and in a more efficient manner.

Efficiency
When confirming an event with the scanner feature, each ticket takes 5 seconds or less to scan. Each scanner updates the confirmation number with each ticket scanned, which also helps with capacity and prevents an overflow of attendees.

Prevention
If the ticket has already been scanned, an alert will come up, notifying the worker that the ticket was confirmed prior. If a ticket is illegitimate, a red alert will come up, notifying the worker that the ticket is not valid.
